Beloved, as we continue in our **40 Days of Mercy**, on this Day 6 we anchor deeply in the eternal truth that God's mercy endures forever! This unchanging reality forms the bedrock of our daily fresh mercies—His compassions never fail, renewing every morning because His steadfast love and mercy have no end (Lamentations 3:22-23). Psalm 136 repeatedly proclaims, "For His mercy endures forever," reminding us that no matter the circumstances, God's goodness and mercy remain constant, from creation to redemption and into eternity.
He is rich in mercy, full of compassion, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness (Psalm 103:8; Ephesians 2:4-5). This enduring mercy is not temporary or conditional—it's the reason we are not consumed, the source of our salvation, and the power that sustains us through every challenge. Yesterday's struggles cannot outlast His mercy; tomorrow's uncertainties cannot diminish it. His mercy endures forever—covering sins, healing brokenness, providing strength, and securing victory.
Embrace this eternal mercy today: thank Him for its permanence, let it silence fears, and allow it to overflow into compassion toward others.
