The Destiny of a man is very important to that person and to the Lord himself, the Devil does not in anyway want anyone to fulfill destiny, he wants people to live a life of mediocrity, so therefore he targets the destiny of the man to ensure that the person does not fulfill his God's given destiny, in scripture we see the story of a man called Jabez (1 Chron 4:9-11)"9 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow. 10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested. 11 And Chelub the brother of Shuah begat Mehir, which was the father of Eshton."
The Destiny of Jabez was thwarted because he was cursed from birth, he was experiencing sorrow because his name was called Jabez because his mother bore him in sorrow, but we thank God for having a God that answers prayers, we see in this scripture how Jabez was one who called upon the name of the Lord and then things turned around for his good. Many people's destinies have been traded, we have people who have traded their destinies on the alter of fornication, some people's destinies have been traded through dreams, others have been traded through quarrels that other people have picked with them.
How do you know if your destiny has been tampered with
The only way to know if your destiny has been tampered with is through divine revelation, if God has revealed it to you through whichever medium he speaks to you or through his Prophets, when God reveals it to you it is important that you rise up in the place of prayer to ensure that your destiny is recovered.
