In Numbers 23:19, when Balaam declared that God cannot lie, he was dealing with Balak’s attempt to use bribes to change a prophetic decree. The Hebrew word used for "repent" in this context is *nacham*, which means to change one's mind or sorrowfully reverse a decision. Man alters his promises due to limited resources, changing feelings, or unexpected obstacles. But because God is all-powerful and all-knowing, He never encounters a surprise that makes Him change His mind. His word doesn't just predict the future; it *creates* it.

**Sermon:**

We have moved into **Day 5** of our 7-day journey, and today our focus is on **The Immutability of Prophetic Decrees.** Our anchor is the ultimate guarantee of your victory.

**Numbers 23:19 (KJV)**

*"God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"*

We live in a world where human promises fail constantly. People change their minds when things get tough. But today, the Holy Spirit wants you to pull your eyes away from human limitations and look at the absolute integrity of God.

Prophecy manifestation does not depend on the economy, your background, or the approval of people. It depends entirely on the character of the One who spoke it. If God told you a door would open, no demon, no system, and no human hatred can lock it. The scripture asks an audacious question: *"Hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"* It is impossible for God to speak a word and it fails to materialize. Today, we are enforcing the manifestation of every delayed word. If it came out of His mouth, it must show up in your hands!

1. Heavenly Father, I praise You because Your word is settled in heaven forever. You are the God of absolute truth.

2. Lord, thank You for this beautiful day, May 17, 2026. Thank You for sustaining me through this fast to reach Day 5.

3. Father, I repent for every moment of doubt and fear where I judged Your promises by my human limitations.

4. I decree and declare that God is not a man; therefore, every prophetic word over my life is immune to human failure!

5. Every demonic lie trying to tell me that my prophecy will fail, I silence you today by the blood of Jesus!

6. Father, because You cannot lie, let the physical manifestation of my breakthrough appear speedily in this month of May!

7. I break the power of any ancestral covenant or witchcraft decree attempting to override the word of God in my life.

8. O Lord, validate Your words concerning my career, my family, and my finances. Make Your voice good in my sight!

9. I arrest every spirit of abortion—you will not abort my prophetic seed at the point of birth!

10. Just as Balak could not bribe Balaam to curse Israel, I decree that no negative manipulation can alter my destiny!

11. Every voice of opposition chanting against my elevation, be forever silenced by the unchangeable decree of God.

12. I command every system of this world to align with the prophecy spoken over my life; you have no option but to cooperate!

13. Lord, release the angelic enforcement necessary to pull my long-overdue testimonies out of the realm of the spirit.

14. I declare that because God does not change His mind, my season of rejoicing cannot be reversed by envy or jealousy.

15. Every financial prophecy hanging over my destiny, materialize now by the fire of the Holy Ghost!

16. I receive the grace for unwavering faith. I choose to believe the report of the Lord above all earthly symptoms.

17. Father, let the speed of Your word manifest in my life today. Turn every promise into an instant testimony!

18. I declare that I am stepping out of the realm of "hoping" into the realm of "possessing."

19. Every closed door that God has declared open, I command you to fly open by fire right now!

20. Lord, expose and frustrate every human agent working secretly to hinder the manifestation of Your glory in my life.

21. I decree that by the time this 7-day prayer ends, my life will be a living proof that God answers prayers.

22. Holy Spirit, anchor my soul in the absolute certainty of Your word so that I will not waver at the finish line.
