6 For the Lord thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.
*Sermon:* Beloved, you are not the problem. It is not like you are not working hard— the altars controlling your finances are the problem!
An altar is a place of spiritual exchange. Wherever there is an altar, there is a legal right for a spirit to demand, withhold, or devour. Many believers are working like elephants but eating like ants because unseen altars are drinking their finances like water.
Tonight, by the authority of the Word and the fire of the Holy Ghost, we are going to identify, confront, and demolish every altar established against your finances!
1. What Are These Financial Altars?
An evil financial altar is any covenant (conscious or unconscious, generational or personal) that gives demonic personalities legal rights over your money.
Common altars attacking finances today:
Generational covenants of poverty (e.g., “In our family, we never cross a certain financial level”)
Altars of first-born dedication to idols (many first sons and daughters are under financial embargoes)
Marine covenants through sexual immorality or water rituals
Occultic oaths sworn with money or blood
Altars raised through tithing or sowing to demonic ministries
Unbroken curses from stolen money, fraud, or cheating others
Altars of unforgiveness (“I will never help that person again” — you just raised an altar of blockage)
Altars of fear and doubt (“Money is evil,” “Rich people go to hell” — you just empowered the spirit of poverty)
These altars don’t just block money — they devour it! That is why you can earn millions and still owe thousands.
*Biblical Examples of Men Who Broke Financial Altars*
A. Gideon (Judges 6)
Israel was in poverty because of Midianite oppression. God said, “The problem is not Midian — the problem is your father’s altar of Baal in your backyard!”
The night Gideon broke that altar, the next day the Spirit of prosperity came upon him, and Israel never lacked again in his days.
B. King Hezekiah
As soon as he broke down every high place and even destroyed the bronze serpent that had become an idol, the Bible says silver was as common as stones in Jerusalem (2 Kings 18:4; 2 Chronicles 31:1; 32:27–29).
C. Jacob at Bethel (Genesis 35:1–4)
God said, “Put away the foreign gods… give Me your earrings.” When they buried those idols under the tree, Jacob’s story changed from fugitive to father of a nation of millionaires.

1. Thank God for his faithfulness upon your life since he is worthy to be praised
2. I command every satanic priest ministering against my money on any evil altar, somersault and die by fire!
3. Every ancestral altar enforcing poverty in my bloodline, I overthrow you by the power in the blood of Jesus!
4. You marine altar collecting my finances through sexual sin or water covenants, release me and roast in Jesus’ name!
5. Every altar of “touch and go” (rise and fall) raised against my finances, be demolished by thunder!
6. I break and loose myself from every territorial altar blocking my financial territory, in Jesus’ name!
7. Every family idol that has turned my father’s house into a warehouse of lack, catch fire now!
8. You altar of Baal in my foundation swallowing my money, vomit it and die in Jesus’ name!
9. Every occult altar where my name or picture is buried for financial embarrassment, fire of God, locate and destroy them!
10. I command every evil dedication of my finances to demonic spirits before I was born, be cancelled by the blood of Jesus!
11. Every evil hand pressing down my financial head on any altar, wither by fire!
12. You spirit of devourer operating from any evil altar, loose your grip over my income now!
13. Every covenant with the spirit of poverty sealed on any altar, break by the hammer of God!
14. I release the angels of war to overthrow every stronghold of financial captivity in my life!
15. Every satanic banker holding my money in the spirit realm, release it and die in Jesus’ name!
16. Every evil altar raised through stolen money, fraud, or blood money in my past, be destroyed forever!
17. Let the thunder and lightning of God strike every witch or wizard reinforcing evil financial altars against me!
18. I command financial graves dug for me to swallow their diggers now, in Jesus’ name!
19. Every altar of “almost there but never there” financially, scatter by fire!
20. By the blood of Jesus, I nullify every evil pronouncement made on any altar against my prosperity!
21. O God arise and let every evil altar speaking hardship into my finances be silenced forever!
22. From today, I raise a new altar of abundance unto the Lord — every evil altar contending with it, be roasted in Jesus’ mighty name!
23. I receive great financial testimonies from today in the name of Jesus
