**Scripture Reading:**
Joel 2:12-13 - “Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
*Prayer Points*
1. Father, I return to You today with all my heart in this fasting season; draw me closer and revive my spirit in Jesus' name.
*Scripture*: Joel 2:12 - “Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”
2. Lord, help me rend my heart and not just my garments—grant me genuine repentance and true brokenness before You.
*Scripture*: Joel 2:13 - “Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate...”
3. Father, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me as I humble myself in this fast.
*Scripture*: Psalm 51:10 - “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
4. O God, reveal every hidden sin, pride, or distraction in my life and help me turn fully back to You.
*Scripture*: Psalm 139:23-24 - “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
5. Lord, as I fast, loose every chain of bondage and break every yoke of oppression in my life and family.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:6 - “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?”
6. Father, teach me to share my bread with the hungry and show compassion to others during this season of humility.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:7 - “Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—when you see the naked, to clothe them...”
7. Holy Spirit, fill me with a broken and contrite heart that is acceptable to God in this time of returning.
*Scripture*: Psalm 51:17 - “My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.”
8. Lord, let Your light break forth like the dawn and bring speedy healing and restoration as I humble myself.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:8 - “Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear...”
9. Father, cover my righteousness like a rear guard and answer me speedily when I call in this fast.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:8-9 - “Then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer...”
10. O God, remove every yoke from me and let Your glory be revealed as I return to You with all my heart.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:9 - “Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.”
11. Lord, satisfy my needs in this season and strengthen my frame as I seek You in true repentance.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:11 - “The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.”
12. Father, make me like a well-watered garden and a spring whose waters never fail through this fast.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:11 - “You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”
13. Holy Spirit, rebuild the ancient ruins in my life and raise up the foundations of many generations.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:12 - “Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls...”
14. Lord, help me delight in You fully and ride on the heights of the land as I return wholeheartedly.
*Scripture*: Isaiah 58:14 - “Then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land...”
15. Father, let this day of fasting bring deep spiritual renewal and a fresh encounter with Your mercy and love.
*Scripture*: Lamentations 3:22-23 - “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
16. O God, accept my sacrifice of a contrite heart and pour out Your grace and restoration upon me today.
*Scripture*: Hosea 6:1 - “Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.”
17. Lord, as I weep and mourn in repentance, turn my mourning into joy and establish me in Your presence.
*Scripture*: Jeremiah 31:13 - “I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.”
18. Father, let Your Holy Spirit convict and comfort me today, leading me into deeper intimacy with You.
*Scripture*: John 16:8 - “When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment.”
19. Prophesy over your life: Declare total return to God, genuine repentance, and divine restoration in this season!
20. Pray for the body of Christ to return to God with all their hearts in true repentance and experience national revival.
21. Pray for Apostle Momo Promise and Zion Flames Prophetic and Intercessory Ministries to walk in deeper humility, brokenness, and fresh anointing as we return fully to God.
