Enoch "walked with God" so closely that he didn't die—he was simply taken by God (Genesis 5:24). He's one of only two people in the Bible (along with Elijah) who didn't experience physical death.
**Sermon:**
Beloved, welcome to Day 19 of our powerful journey in the **40 Days of Mercy**! Today, we anchor in the profound truth of **God's unfailing faithfulness in mercy**—how His steadfast love and compassions never cease, rising fresh every morning to sustain, protect, and carry us through every season.
God's mercies are not occasional or diminishing—they are new every single morning! In the midst of lament, trials, or uncertainty, Jeremiah discovered that the Lord's great faithfulness ensures we are not consumed. His mercy shields us from destruction, renews our hope, and declares His reliability day after day (Lamentations 3:22-23). He is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love (Psalm 103:8). This faithfulness forgives our failings, upholds us in weakness, restores what was lost, and guarantees His promises endure forever. Just as He remained faithful to Israel through exile and hardship, He remains faithful to you—turning despair into assurance, fear into trust, and weariness into enduring strength.
As you pray these points with expectation, invite this fresh wave of merciful faithfulness to overflow your life, family, health, finances, and calling. Let it silence doubts, break chains of despair, and anchor you in the security of a God who never fails.
