Judges 6:24-27
24 Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovahshalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
25 And it came to pass the same night, that the Lord said unto him, Take thy father's young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, and cut down the grove that is by it:
26 And build an altar unto the Lord thy God upon the top of this rock, in the ordered place, and take the second bullock, and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the grove which thou shalt cut down.
27 Then Gideon took ten men of his servants, and did as the Lord had said unto him: and so it was, because he feared his father's household, and the men of the city, that he could not do it by day, that he did it by night
*Sermon:* Beloved, we are living in a generation where evil altars are speaking loud in the lives of many.
Family altars of witchcraft, altars of idolatry, altars of immorality, altars of poverty, altars of sickness—these demonic structures are still standing in many lives, in many families, in many communities!
But I hear the voice of the Lord tonight saying the same thing He said to Gideon:
“THROW DOWN THE ALTAR OF BAAL AND CUT DOWN THE GROVE!”
*THE COMMAND IS CLEAR—THROW IT DOWN!*
God didn’t say “pray about it.”
God didn’t say “manage it.”
God didn’t say “cover it with grace.”
He said: THROW DOWN… CUT DOWN… BURN IT!
Some of you have been praying for several years, yet the altar is still standing! What you need is warfare prayers, you don't need to be gentle with them, you need to bring them down by force
Also prayer without prophetic direction and insight at times may not yield results!
Gideon didn’t just pray—he took an axe!
Today, you must take spiritual and physical action! If you must break through, you can't afford to be spiritually cold. It is time to wake up and take what belongs to you.

2. Every evil family altar speaking against my destiny, I SILENCE you by the voice of the blood of Jesus!
3. Every ancestral altar in my father’s house or mother’s house that has swallowed my blessings, VOMIT them by fire in Jesus’ name!
4. You evil family altar erected in my village, compound, or under any tree, CATCH FIRE and burn to ashes now!
5. Every covenant made with marine spirits, shrine spirits, or familiar spirits on my behalf, BE NULLIFIED by the blood of Jesus!
6. Every evil priest ministering on any family altar against my progress, SOMERSAULT AND DIE in Jesus’ name!
7. I command every evil family pattern—poverty, late marriage, sickness, untimely death—TO BREAK by fire in Jesus’ name!
8. Every evil voice from my foundation calling my name for demotion, SHUT UP AND DIE in Jesus’ name!
9. Any evil altar drinking my blood or the blood of my children, DRINK YOUR OWN BLOOD and eat your own flesh in Jesus’ name!
10. Every satanic umbrella covering my glory because of family altars, CATCH FIRE and burn to ashes!
11. I retrieve every blessing stolen from me on any evil family altar—RETURN BY FIRE sevenfold in Jesus’ name!
12. Every evil dedication done at my birth that tied me to family idols, BE CANCELLED by the blood of Jesus!
13. Every evil family token, charm, or sacrifice buried for my sake, ROAST by the fire of God now!
14. You stronghold of witchcraft in my father’s compound, COLLAPSE AND SCATTER in Jesus’ name!
15. Every evil altar monitoring my life through dreams, mirrors, or calabashes, SHATTER TO PIECES in Jesus’ name!
16. I break every soul-tie with dead ancestors operating through family altars—BREAK AND DIE in Jesus’ name!
17. Every evil family river or tree where my placenta was buried, DRY UP by fire in Jesus’ name!
18. Any evil altar in my family that has turned my name to a curse, I OVERTHROW you tonight in Jesus’ name!
19. Every curse issued from family altars against my children, my marriage, my finances—BACKFIRE now in Jesus’ name!
20. I release the thunder and hailstones of God to strike every evil family altar to powder!
21. By the authority of Jesus Christ, I raise a new altar unto JEHOVAH in my life and family—JEHOVAH-SHALOM, take over!
22. Every evil gate of my father’s house blocking my breakthrough, CRUMBLE like the walls of Jericho in Jesus’ name!
23. From today, let the fire of God surround my life and family; no evil altar shall rise again against us in Jesus’ mighty name!
